Color Your Way to Daily Health

It is important to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables every day different. Diets high in fruits and vegetables can reduce the risk of cancer and other chronic diseases. There are several different ways and simple to initiate the incorporation of vegetables and fruits in their favorite foods and family. You can start your day with 100 percent fruit juice or vegetables, bananas or strawberries piece at the top of your cereal, or have a salad with lunch and an apple for a snack. Get in the habit of keeping fruit and vegetables visible and easily accessible - you tend to eat more. Store cut and cleaned produce at the level of the eyes in the refrigerator, or keep a big bowl of colorful fruits on the table.
